Creamy Mushroom Gnocchi
- Non Stick Pan
- 400 g mixed mushrooms such as cup, brown or shiitake, thinly sliced
- 120 g kale & baby spinach leaves
- 300 ml thickened cream
- 1 tbs wholegrain mustard
- 500 g pkt potato gnocchi
- In a non stick pan, put olive oil spray, cook mushroom until mushroom becomes brown, then add kale and spinach, cream and mustard cook for 2-3 minutes, on the other sauce pan cook gnocchi in a boiling water following instruction, drain well, add gnocchi to the mushroom mixture in the pan and toss carefully. season and serve
