Grilled Plums with Yogurt and Pistachios
- 1 tbsp. granulated sugar
- 6 plums
- 1 c. ricotta
- 1 tsp. orange zest
- 2 tbsp. Honey
- 1/4 c. shelled pistachios
- In to a medium heat griller, sprinkle sugar over cut side of the plums, cook for 1 to 2 minutes until caramelized. In a medium bowl mix ricotta and orange zest, Transfer plum to the plate put ficotta mixture over the top, put honey and sprinkle with pistachios.
