Keto Coconut Mocha Doughnuts
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 3 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp liquid stevia
- 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp instant coffee granules
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- In a bowl put all the ingredients together and mix well, pour the doughnut mixture in a pan and bake for 20 minutes in a pre heated 350F oven. let it sit in a cooling rack. Serve and enjoy! Goes great with a big mug of coffee or non-daily milk!
