Keto Turkey with Cream-cheese sauce
Who says that Turkey is only for Thanks Giving? well when you heard of the word Turkey automatically its for special occasion, but don't you know that it could also be part of your ketogenic diet. Turkey meat is rich in protein and B-Vitamins. Also this recipe is combined with cream cheese that is rich in Vitamin A. This Keto meal maybe simple but its is bursting with flavor and oozing with creaminess that will gives a extravagant taste to your taste buds.
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1½ lbs turkey breast
- 2 cups crème fraîche or heavy whipping cream
- 7 oz. cream cheese
- 1 tbsp tamari soy sauce
- salt and pepper
- 1½ oz. small capers
- Preheat oven 350°F (175°C). In a large frying pan over medium heat melt butter, season your turkey fry until golden brown and cook evenly. then finish it off in the oven, when the turkey is cooked with an internal, plate and cover with foil. pour the turkey drippings in a small saucepan. add cream cheese, cook and boil, lower heat and mix in soy sauce, season with salt and pepper, till its thickened. with the remaining butter in a frying pan with high heat, saute the capers until its crispy. serve and enjoy
