Chicken pasta salad

Sometime when there is an occasion or party o your house leftover food are inevitable. Sometimes you just throw them away, its such a waste of food and money. Good thing that there are recipes that we can do for our left over food. This quick and easy recipe is something that you can share with your friends that they will definitely enjoy. It is not only saves you a lot but it is also nutritious.

  • Bowl


  • fusilli 150g
  • olive oil 1 tbsp
  • red wine vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Tabasco a few dashes
  • red onion 1/2 thinly sliced
  • cherry or baby plum tomatoes 200g halved
  • cooked chicken breasts 2 torn into pieces
  • rocket a handful
  • basil a handful torn


  • Cooked pasta as per instruction, drain well, them set aside. In a pan put oil, vinegar, Tabasco and lots of seasoning in a bowl, mix the pasta and combine well. then add dd the red onion, tomatoes and chicken, and mix again, and chill, add basil and serve.
