Zucchini Pizza bites
There are actually a lot of snacks that you can choose from, but one of the best snacks that I can say that most people love is Pizza!
Pizza is a savory dish of Italian origin consisting of a usually round, flattened base of leavened wheat-based dough topped with tomatoes, cheese, and often various other ingredients which is then baked at a high temperature, traditionally in a wood-fired oven. A small pizza is sometimes called a pizzetta.
As we all know Pizza is not healthy, but since there are variety of ways for you to make your pizza become a healthy snack.
2 large zucchini
- 2 large zucchini
- ½ cup low carb pizza or tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- pizza toppings as desired
In a baking pan with foil, put a slice of zucchini 1/4 thick, top with pizza sauce, oregano, cheese and your favorite pizza toppings, bake for 5 mins until its tender, broil until cheese is melted. serve and enjoy
