Ingredients
  

  • Heaping 2/3 cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup coconut flour - + more for rolling
  • Zest of 2 navel oranges
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 35 drops Sweetleaf vanilla creme stevia - to taste
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch of pink salt

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl mix all your ingredients, add orange juice or avocado oil if its too dry, if too wet add flour, sweeten to taste. using a scooper make a small balls make use of your hand to make it smooth ball shape Lightly roll each ball in a small bowl of coconut flour (about 1-2 Tbs). Optional - freeze or chill for 10 minutes to firm up, if desired. ENJOY.
