  • 2 avocados pitted
  • 1.5 cups coconut milk
  • ΒΌ cup erythritol Granular Swerve sweeter
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice


  • In a blender put all the ingredients, blend until the mixture is smooth creamy and without lumps, start to distribute evenly the mixture into six Popsicle molds, tap the filled molds on the counter top to remove the air bubbles. freeze the molds for several hours, until the mixture has completely solidified.
