  • 1/3 cup coconut flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 3 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbsp liquid stevia
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp instant coffee granules
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda


  • In a bowl put all the ingredients together and mix well, pour the doughnut mixture in a pan and bake for 20 minutes in a pre heated 350F oven. let it sit in a cooling rack. Serve and enjoy! Goes great with a big mug of coffee or non-daily milk!
