This versatile recipe will definitely becomes a favorite plus the fact that this is Gluten Free, Grain free, Keto, LCHF, Low Carb, No Sugars, Wheat Free.
Meatloaf is a dish of ground meat that has been combined with other ingredients and formed into the shape of a loaf, then baked or smoked.
The final shape is either hand-formed on a baking tray or pan-formed by cooking it in a loaf pan.1 onion diced finely

  • 1 onion diced finely
  • 700 g ground/mince beef700 g ground/mince beef

  • In a large bowl mix diced onion, meat, eggs and salt and pepper together and Add your choice of seasonings and flavorings, mix them all together and place a handful of the meatloaf mixture in a muffin trays, press gently but not too hard, Cover with the grated cheese, and sprinkle with grated Parmesan if desired. Cook at 180C/350F
