  • 3 eggs
  • 1 oz. butter for frying
  • 1 oz. shredded cheese
  • ΒΌ yellow onion chopped
  • 4 large mushrooms sliced
  • salt and pepper


  • Into a mixing bowl crack eggs and pinch salt and pepper to taste, whisk eggs until smooth and foamy. In a frying pan melt butter over medium heat. Add mushrooms and onion to the pan, cook until tender, then pour the egg mixture, surrounding the veggies. When the omelet begins to cook , but still has a little raw egg on top sprinkle cheese on the top. With a spatula flip half of the egg and fold it over in half. When the omelet is cooked ( depending on your taste), remove pan from the heat and transfer omelet to plate. Enjoy
