  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tbsp Chili Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¾ tsp Cumin
  • ½ tsp Dried Oregano
  • ¼ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ¼ tsp Onion Powder
  • 4 ounces tomato sauce
  • 3 avocados halved
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup cherry tomatoes sliced
  • ¼ cup lettuce shredded cilantro


  • In a pan cook ground beef until browned, and add the seasonings and the tomato sauce. Stir to combine. Cook for about 3-4 minutes. Sliced avocados and remove the pit. put the taco meat into the crater of the avocado and Top with cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, cilantro and sour cream.
