  • 1 oz. unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tsp instant coffee powder
  • 1 cup boiling water

  • Into a deep bowl, put instant coffee, butter and spices (you can use blender). add boiling water and mix for 20-30 seconds until its foamy. Pour into a cup sprinkle some cinnamon or pumpkin spice on top. serve and enjoy! You can also put whipped cream on top.
