  • 4 6-oz. tilapia filets
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. canola or vegetable oil divided
  • 2 tbsp. cilantro leaves for garnish

  • In a large bowl mix all together flour, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, and cumin, combined well. sprinkle your tilapia with salt and pepper then into the flour mix and shake off excess flour. In a large pan heat oil in a medium heat fire cook fillets cook for 3 to 4 minutes each side repeat with he remaining fish. serve with cilantro and lime wedges.
